Who can join

The programme is open to individuals who can legally receive commission income in Malaysia. One account per person.

How commission is earned

You earn commission when a lead you submitted results in a completed sale or service recorded by MetaCar. Commission is a percentage of the sale value, calculated on your total sales in a calendar month.

The rate rises with your monthly total and applies to the whole month, not only to the amount above a threshold. The current rates are shown on the programme home page.

MetaCar decides whether a sale has completed, and records the date it completed. That date determines which month the sale counts toward.

Leads that do not earn commission

A lead earns nothing if the customer is already in contact with MetaCar about the same enquiry, if the details are inaccurate, if the customer did not agree to be contacted, or if no sale completes.

Where two referrers submit the same customer for the same enquiry, the earlier submission is the one that counts.

Payment

Commission is calculated per calendar month. A month is reviewed and finalised by MetaCar operations before it is paid, and paid to the bank account on your profile.

You are responsible for declaring this income and for any tax due on it.

Conduct

Do not submit anyone’s details without their agreement. Do not present yourself as an employee or agent of MetaCar, and do not advertise on MetaCar’s behalf or make promises about price, availability or timing.

MetaCar may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and withhold commission on leads obtained in breach of them.

Changes

These terms and the rate ladder may change. Material changes are published here with a new version, and you may be asked to accept them before submitting further leads.
